PandaDoc is a document builder first and a signature tool second, which is the right order for anybody sending sponsorship proposals rather than just countersigning someone else's paper. Templates, a content library and pricing tables live in the editor. The free plan signs documents but will not build the proposals, and that is the half worth paying for.

Free covers 60 documents a year and 5 signatures a month, which is real rather than a teaser. Starter is $19 a seat a month for unlimited uploads and signatures. Business is $49 a seat and adds custom quotes, CRM integrations, branding, the content library and approval workflows. Enterprise is quoted and is where the API lives. Annual billing saves up to 46 percent.

Anybody sending sponsorship proposals rather than only countersigning somebody else's paperwork. If all you do is sign what brands send you, the free tier or Docusign is enough.
