AdButler is the software behind a direct ad sale rather than a network that finds the advertiser for you. You upload the creative, set the targeting and the flight dates, and the server counts what was delivered so both sides are looking at the same numbers. That matters to a publisher who has already sold the slot and does not want a third party taking a cut of it. The trade is obvious: nobody is filling your inventory, so the sales job stays yours.

Essentials starts at $179 a month for a million ad requests, and covers display, mobile and in-app serving for ten advertisers and one user. Standard and Advanced sit above it with more of everything, and Enterprise is quoted. Read the add-on column before comparing against anything else: API access, targeting, programmatic and the full format set are each priced on top of Essentials rather than included in it, so the entry figure is a floor rather than a total. The request allowance is the other thing to size honestly, because it counts requests rather than impressions.

A publisher who has already sold the ad slot and wants to keep the whole cheque. That means a newsletter with a standing sponsor, a niche site with two local advertisers, or anybody running house ads across their own properties. If nobody is buying from you yet, this is a delivery system with nothing to deliver, and a network that fills inventory is the better first step.
