Xodo Sign, which was eversign until the rename, sends documents for signature with no monthly cap on how many, which is unusual at ten dollars a seat. Templates are limited to three on the entry plan and unlimited above it. The dearer tier folds in PDF editing, redaction and an AI summary of a contract. Anybody who needs an API or bulk sending is quoted rather than priced.
Basic is $10 a seat a month billed yearly and carries unlimited documents, three templates, mobile signing and the integrations. Professional at $16 makes templates unlimited and folds in bulk sending credits, SMS verification, advanced PDF editing, an AI contract summariser, custom branding and in-person signing. Enterprise is a custom quote and is where API access and volume workflows live. A free trial is offered without a stated length.
A freelancer or small studio sending contracts regularly, where a per-document allowance would be the thing that bites and the unlimited sending is the reason to choose this. It suits somebody who signs more than they edit. Anybody needing an API, bulk sending or a formal audit programme is in quoted territory rather than on these plans.
Choose on templates rather than on the PDF editing, because three is enough for one contract type and immediately not enough for a business with several. The rename from eversign is only a name: the domain, the plans and the account are unchanged, which is worth knowing if you signed up years ago.
