Growing an audience
Running the business

Wati sits on the official WhatsApp Business API and gives a team one inbox for it, plus broadcast campaigns and keyword automations. For a creator whose audience lives in WhatsApp groups, that is the difference between a personal phone and something two people can answer. Message charges from Meta land on top of the subscription, which is the part that surprises people.
Growth is $59 a month billed annually with one channel and three users, Pro is $119 and Business is $279, each adding automation triggers, API calls and AI credits. Extra users are $39 or $89 a month depending on the tier. Meta's per-message charges are separate and vary by message category, which is the part that makes a monthly bill hard to predict. A 7-day trial is offered with no setup fee, and annual billing saves around 25 percent.
Creators and small businesses whose audience is on WhatsApp, particularly in India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Latin America. Anybody whose audience is on email is buying a channel they do not have.
Meta's per-message charges sit on top of the subscription and move with message category, so the $59 is a starting point rather than a bill. Whether it is worth paying is a question about where the audience already is, not about features.
