Gallabox is a shared inbox for WhatsApp Business, Instagram and a website widget, with a drag-and-drop bot builder in front of it and a CRM sync behind it. It is aimed at teams answering sales questions rather than at a single creator answering DMs, and the seat caps on the cheap plan say so.
Basic is $112 a month billed annually and comes with 500 AI credits, one channel each for WhatsApp, Instagram and the web widget, and a hard cap of three user accounts. Essential is $248 and adds 2,000 credits, the full API and two-way CRM integrations, with extra users at $18 each. Advanced is $474 with 8,000 credits and users at $24. Extra channels are $20 a month each. WhatsApp's own conversation charges sit on top of all of it, which is the cost most people forget to budget for.
Small teams selling through WhatsApp, which is most of the world outside North America. A solo creator answering Instagram DMs will find the seat caps and the price aimed at somebody else.
Worth it if WhatsApp is where your customers already are and there is more than one of you answering. The three-account cap on Basic is a hard cap rather than a soft one, so count your team before choosing that tier.
