Recraft generates raster and vector art, and the reason to pick it over a general image model is that a style can be defined once and reused, so a set of icons or covers comes out looking related. Output on the free plan is public and owned by Recraft. Paid plans move generations to private and hand over commercial rights.

Free gives limited daily credits, and its output is public and not licensed for commercial use, which is the line to read before using anything from it. Basic is $10 a month or $120 billed annually for 1,000 credits, Pro is $16 and adds video generation, Teams is $18 a seat. Annual billing saves 20 percent. Credits do not roll over, and top-ups never expire.

Somebody producing a run of related images, like channel art, course covers or product mockups, where consistency matters more than one striking picture. Anybody who wants one image and does not care what it looks like next to the last one is overpaying for the style system.
