miro.com
Miro is an infinite canvas that a group can work on at the same time, and it became the default for planning work that does not fit in a document. For creators it earns its place on a content calendar laid out as a board, a video storyboard nobody has to rebuild in another tool, or a workshop run with a client who will never install software. The free plan holds three editable boards, which is enough to find out whether the format suits you. Paid plans are per member, so a collaborator costs the same as a founder.
Free keeps three editable boards. Starter is $10 per member a month, or $8 billed yearly, and removes the board limit. Business is $25 monthly or $20 yearly and adds private boards and single sign-on. Enterprise is quoted. AI features are metered in credits on top. Business can be tried free for 14 days.
Anybody planning work that does not fit in a document, from a content calendar to a storyboard to a workshop with a client.
