Mightycause

Mightycause gives a nonprofit donation pages, peer-to-peer fundraising and event tools without a subscription, and it operates as a donor advised fund, which is what lets it handle receipting and the 501(c)(3) paperwork on the organisation's behalf. The company states an overall ceiling on what a donation costs rather than splitting platform and processing. There are no donor tip prompts. Anybody outside the United States is in the wrong place.

There is no plan ladder. The platform states $0 a month for the whole feature set, and prices itself entirely on what a donation costs: an overall rate never above 1.99 percent plus 49 cents, with many organisations stated to pay less. That figure covers processing as well as the platform, which is unusual and is why the two cannot be separated here. Against a subscription platform the comparison turns on donation volume rather than on features.

A small or mid-size United States nonprofit that cannot justify a subscription and does not want its donors nudged for a platform tip. Operating as a donor advised fund is the substantive difference here, because compliance and receipting stop being the organisation's problem. Anybody outside the United States, and any individual raising money for themselves, is not who this is built for.
