drip.com

Drip is an ecommerce marketing platform that bills on how many people are active in your account and how much you send, rather than on a feature ladder. Everybody gets everything, which removes the usual argument about which tier has automations. It is aimed at stores, so a writer with a plain newsletter is paying for behaviour tracking they will never wire up.
One plan from $39 a month, priced on the number of active people in the account and the volume of email sent that month. The trial is 14 days with no card required, and the FAQ states unlimited sending is held back until you upgrade while everything else is open. Live chat support starts on plans from $99 a month.
Store owners who want behavioural email without a tier chart, and creators whose sales happen through an ecommerce platform. A writer sending one letter a week is paying for machinery aimed at carts.
Single-plan pricing is the appeal and the risk: nothing is withheld, and the bill moves on its own as the list grows. Model it at twice your current list size before committing, because that is the number that will arrive.
