Circle gives you spaces, events, courses and live streams under your own branding and domain. It is the more configurable answer to Skool, and the price reflects that. Worth it once a community is paying for itself.
Professional is $89 a month and Business is $199, with a custom tier above them. Both come with a 14-day trial that does not ask for a card. The transaction fee falls as the plan rises, from 2 percent on Professional to 1 percent on Business and 0.5 percent at the top, so the dearer plan is partly buying its own discount back. Work out the fee on your expected member revenue before assuming the cheapest plan is the cheapest.
Businesses and creators whose community is part of a brand people already recognise, and who will use the configuration rather than resent it. At $89 a month before you have members it is the wrong first step for somebody testing whether a community is wanted at all.
The right answer when the community has to look like it belongs to you, and an expensive one before that is true. Against Skool it is more money and more control, which is the entire difference between them.
