Chatling builds a chatbot from a site, a sitemap or a set of documents, and keeps it in step by re-reading those sources on a schedule. Setting one up is closer to filling in a form than to drawing a flow, which is the whole appeal for somebody who wants questions answered rather than a project. Conversations are the meter, and the free plan gives enough of them to see whether the answers hold up.
Free is $0 a month with a limited conversation allowance. The paid tiers are $40 and $140 a month, with an annual toggle taking 20 percent off. Add-ons are priced separately: extra seats at $10 a month, additional chatbots at $2 and $3, and larger capacity at $10 and $35.
Creators and small businesses who want a support bot that answers from their existing pages, and who would rather fill in a form than build a conversation tree. Anybody needing the bot to take an action rather than answer a question wants Botpress.
The auto-sync is the feature worth paying for, because the usual failure of a document-trained bot is that it answers from last year's page. Check the add-on prices before comparing headline rates, since a second chatbot and a second seat move the real number.
