Pricing is a small platform fee plus conversation packs, so a bot nobody talks to costs almost nothing. It expects more of whoever sets it up than the tools sold to marketers do.
Free is $0 to start. Plus is $150 a month billed annually with $25 of included AI usage and conversation packs at $65 per hundred. Team is $750 with $150 of AI usage and packs at $50 per hundred. Annual billing saves 20 percent, and add-on seats are $40 a month.
Developers and technical teams building an agent that has to do something rather than answer FAQs. A creator wanting Instagram comment replies will find Manychat or Chatfuel far less work.
This is the most capable and the least friendly option in this category, and both halves are true. Pick it when the bot needs to reach into your own systems, and pick something else when the job is answering the same five questions on Instagram.
