airtable.com
Airtable looks like a spreadsheet and works like a database, which is why so many content calendars, sponsor pipelines and asset libraries end up in it. Views, linked records and automations turn a table into something a small team can run on. Per-seat pricing gets expensive the moment collaborators outnumber the tables.
The free plan covers unlimited bases with record and storage caps and 500 AI credits per editor a month. Team is $20 per seat per month billed annually or $24 monthly, with 15,000 AI credits and larger bases. Business is $45 annually or $54 monthly and adds admin controls and premium connectors. Enterprise is quoted. Portals for external collaborators are priced separately from $120 a month for 15 guests, which is the line item that surprises people.
Creators who have outgrown a spreadsheet for their content calendar, sponsor pipeline or asset library and want structure without a developer. A team where everybody needs to edit will find per-seat pricing adds up quickly.
Portals for outside collaborators are priced apart from seats, starting at $120 a month for fifteen guests. If sponsors or clients need to see the calendar, price that line first. It can cost more than the whole team.
