Zoom is the video call most guests will not have to install anything to attend, which is the whole argument for using it over something better. For a creator it is the interview, the client call and the coaching session, and the local recording it writes for each participant is what makes it usable as a source for an edit. The free plan caps a group meeting at forty minutes. Paid plans are per host, and the add-ons for large webinars and cloud storage are priced separately from the seat.
Free caps group meetings at 40 minutes and meters the AI features per month. Pro is $20 per user a month billed monthly, or $14.16 billed annually. Business is $18.33 per user billed annually. Add-ons are priced apart from the seat: large meetings from $50 for 500 participants, cloud storage from $10 for 30 GB, and several others at $5 to $25 a month.
Interviews, client calls and coaching sessions where the other person has to be able to join without help, and where the recording becomes source material.
