Credits meter minutes of source video, and the free tier's export is capped at 720p, which shows on a phone screen.

Free gives 60 credits a month with 720p export. The first paid tier is $29 a month, quoted at $174 billed yearly, and adds 4K export and longer clips. The next is $39, quoted at $234 yearly, with more credits and team seats at $5 each. Both are shown against a 50 percent discount, so the charged price is currently lower than the list price. Credits count minutes of source video rather than clips produced.

Podcasters and streamers with long recordings and no editor, who need vertical clips out every week. Anybody clipping one video a month should use the free tier and expect 720p.
