TidyCal does what Calendly does for a single payment instead of a subscription, which over two years is the difference between $29 and several hundred. Paid bookings, recurring meetings and a free plan with unlimited booking types are all in. Polish is thinner and the integrations list is shorter, which is what you are trading for the price.
The free plan is unusually complete: unlimited bookings, unlimited booking types, paid bookings and your own booking page. Individual Lifetime is $29 as a single payment through AppSumo, adding meeting links, group bookings and 10 calendar connections. Agency Lifetime is $79. There is also a Pro subscription at $12 a month for a custom domain and no branding. A 1 percent platform fee is added to the booker's total on paid bookings, on top of Stripe's own.
A creator selling consultations who resents another monthly bill for a calendar link. A team needing deep CRM routing and enterprise controls is better served by Calendly.
For most creators this is the correct purchase and Calendly is the habit. Buy the $29 lifetime licence, spend twenty minutes moving your links, and never think about scheduling costs again.
