Bookafy does the ordinary booking job well: a page people pick a slot on, calendar sync both ways, reminders, and a video call created for the appointment. The free plan is not a trial and covers a single person taking meetings. Paid tiers add routing across a team, custom fields and the compliance options a health or legal practice needs. Nothing here will surprise anybody who has used Calendly, which is rather the point.
Free covers an individual with basic scheduling. Pro is $7 a user a month and Pro+ is $11, both stated as billed yearly with the monthly-billed price absent from the page. Automations and custom fields separate Pro from Pro+, and HIPAA compliance sits at the top. A seven day trial of Pro runs without a card. Per-user pricing means a two-person team doubles the figure, which the entry price makes easy to overlook.
A coach, consultant or freelancer taking calls who wants the back-and-forth to stop and does not want another subscription. The free tier covers one person properly, which is the specific reason to look here rather than at the better-known names. Teams needing round-robin assignment, routing forms or several calendars behind one page are on the paid tiers straight away.
Start on the free plan and only move when a specific feature blocks you, since for a single person taking calls it does the whole job. Check the monthly-billed rate before committing, because the published figures are annual and the difference is not stated anywhere on the page.
