Running the business
Termly generates the policies a site is legally expected to carry, then keeps scanning for cookies and updating the text as rules change. The consent banner and the policy come from the same place, so the two agree with each other. It is a compliance floor rather than legal advice, and a business with real exposure still needs a lawyer.
A free tier covers the basics with limits on policies and banner views. Starter is $10 and Pro+ is $15 per website per month billed annually, with monthly billing offered at a higher rate and 25 percent off for paying yearly. Starter allows two policies, ten edits and 50,000 banner views a month; Pro+ makes all three unlimited, adds weekly scans and removes the Termly logo. Everything is priced per website, which is what makes a portfolio of sites expensive.
Creators running an ad-funded site or a store who need the legal pages an advertiser or a network asks for. A business with real regulatory exposure needs a lawyer, and this does not pretend otherwise.
Everything is priced per website, which is the detail that decides it. One site at $10 a month is a fair price for the pages an ad network asks for. Five sites is $50 a month for documents that barely differ.
