Stack Influence runs micro influencer campaigns as a managed service and charges per completed post rather than per month, which is the opposite of how most of this category is sold. Creators are paid in product, and the brand pays a fee when a post goes live. That makes the cost of a campaign a multiplication rather than a contract. Anybody wanting to pick each creator by hand will find the managed model frustrating.
One flat fee per post is the whole model, and $30 is given as the average charged when an influencer completes a social post, with added monthly fees stated as zero. Because that figure is an average rather than a rate card, the honest reading is an indication of scale rather than a quote. The comparison table beside it lists $499, $1,799 and $6,000 a month against named competitors, and those are other companies' prices rather than anything charged here. The creator's compensation is the product itself.
A physical product brand that can afford to give inventory away and wants many small posts rather than one big one. Paying per completed post makes the budget a multiplication, which is the appeal against platforms charging a monthly fee before any content exists. Anybody selling something that cannot be shipped as a sample, or who wants approval over each creator, is fighting the model rather than using it.
Ask for the fee in writing before committing, since an average is not a price and this is the one number the whole model turns on. Budget for the product you are giving away as well, because that cost sits underneath the per-post fee and does not appear on the pricing page at all.
