Running the business
simplybook.me
SimplyBook.me is built for the appointment business rather than the meeting: several providers, a service list, deposits taken at the point of booking, and an app for the client. Its plans are counted in bookings a month instead of seats. That is the right unit for a studio with four staff and the wrong one for a consultant taking four calls a week.
Free covers 50 bookings a month, one provider and one custom feature. Basic at $11.90 a month billed annually raises that to 100 bookings, five providers and three features. Standard at $24.90 is 500 bookings, fifteen providers, eight features and the branded client app. Premium at $49.90 is 2,000 bookings, thirty providers and unlimited features. The unit that catches people out is the custom feature: payments, HIPAA, memberships and the rest are counted, so a cheap plan carrying the wrong four modules is the wrong plan.
Salons, studios, clinics and anybody with staff and a room to fill. A coach taking four calls a week will find the booking allowance generous and the interface heavier than the job needs.
This is the answer when a business has staff and takes deposits. For a personal booking link it is more machinery than the job needs, and Cal.com or TidyCal will be set up in ten minutes.
