Setmore gives away more than most booking tools charge for: unlimited appointments, a booking page and reminders on a plan that costs nothing. Paying adds recurring bookings, two-way calendar sync and the integrations a busier calendar needs. Its own admin is plainer than the newer tools, which is either restful or dated.
Free is $0 per user and covers unlimited appointments, a booking page, email reminders, contact import and export and API access. Pro and Team are both $5 per user per month on annual billing and add two-way calendar sync, recurring appointments, integrations and removal of Setmore branding. Two add-ons are priced at $99 a month each. The company states it donates 1 percent of revenue to planting trees.
Small service businesses and creators taking bookings who want to spend nothing until the calendar is busy. Anybody needing packages, deposits or intake forms should look at Acuity.
Free covers unlimited appointments and a booking page, which is more than most free tiers in this category give. The $5 upgrade is mostly two-way calendar sync. The question is whether a double booking has cost you anything yet.
