samcart.com
SamCart is a checkout designed to be tested: one-page carts, order bumps, upsells taken after the card has cleared, and recovery mail for the ones who left. It sits beside whatever hosts your product rather than replacing it, which is why people run it alongside a course platform. Courses are on the entry plan now, and used to be an upgrade.
Core is $79 a month with unlimited pages, products and checkouts, cart abandonment, the courses app, the integration engine and one team seat. Pro is $199. A yearly option is offered at 25 percent off. A free trial is advertised on the buttons, though the FAQ answers are collapsed on the page so its length is not stated. Note that payment processing is separate and SamPay adds nothing on top of it.
Sellers whose revenue turns on checkout conversion and who will actually run tests on bumps and upsells. At $79 a month it is poor value for somebody selling a handful of items a month, who should start with a storefront that charges a percentage instead.
Buy this for the upsell flow rather than for the storefront, because that is where it earns the monthly fee back. If your products are cheap or few, Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy take a percentage and cost nothing while you are quiet.
