Refgrow tracks affiliates for a subscription product and states plainly that it takes no percentage of what they generate, which is the difference that matters once a program starts working. The affiliate portal is hosted for you and an embeddable widget puts signup inside the product. Payouts go out through PayPal or Wise. The cheapest plan covers one program, so anybody running separate schemes for creators and agencies is on the tier above from the start.
Starter is $29 a month billed monthly, with annual billing described as two months free, and covers one program with unlimited affiliates, referrals and affiliate revenue. Payment integrations, the hosted portal, the embedded widget, coupons, fraud protection, self-billing invoices and EU VAT handling are all included, along with five AI recruiter searches a month. Tiers of $49, $99 and $199 follow. The page states all paid plans carry no caps and no transaction fees.
A small software business that wants affiliate tracking without either a percentage of revenue or a five-hundred-dollar platform, and that only needs one program to start with. The embedded widget suits products where existing users are the best recruits. Anybody running several distinct programs for different partner types is on the second tier immediately, since the cheapest plan covers one.
The no-transaction-fee line is the thing to hold against the percentage-based platforms, because it means a successful program does not quietly become the most expensive tool you own. Count your programs before choosing the tier, since one program is a real limit rather than a soft one.
