Growing an audience
Running the business

RedCircle hosts the show and runs the advertising against it, with dynamic insertion so a sponsor read can be swapped out of the back catalogue later. Cross promotions trade audience with other shows on the network. The free Core plan carries unlimited episodes and downloads, which is unusual, and the paid tiers are about analytics and ad control rather than storage.
The free Core plan hosts unlimited shows, episodes and downloads and distributes everywhere. Growth is $14.99 a month and adds cross promotions, unlimited dynamic insertion, instant payouts and ad-free show pages. Pro is $29.99 for five team seats, one-click YouTube distribution and the ability to run your own direct ads. Enterprise is $99.99 for networks. Every paid tier starts with a 7-day trial, and annual billing saves $60 on the two lower plans.
Independent podcasters who want hosting and advertising from the same company, and who value unlimited downloads over polished analytics. A show with its own sponsors already may prefer a host that stays out of the way.
Acast is the closer comparison than Buzzsprout here, because both sell hosting and advertising together. RedCircle's free tier is the more generous of the two, and its ad marketplace is the less established.
