Picktime books appointments, classes and rooms, and its free plan is unusually complete: three team members, unlimited bookings and the mobile apps included. Paying adds resources, locations and email customisation rather than removing a cap on how much you can work. It suits somebody running sessions who does not want a subscription before the first booking.
Free covers three users, three resources, two classes and unlimited appointments, with the mobile apps and the integrations included. Starter is $3 per user per month billed annually and raises the class limit. A Pro tier above it moves to ten team members with unlimited locations and classes, customisable emails and no booking commission. Everything is billed per user, so cost tracks the size of the team rather than the number of bookings.
Somebody running classes, sessions or a small studio who wants three people booking without a subscription. Anybody needing deep calendar routing or payment rules will outgrow it, and Calendly or Acuity are where they go.
For a small team this is the most generous free plan in the category by a distance. The interface shows its age next to Cal.com, which is the trade you are making for three free seats.
