Order Desk sits between the shops a creator sells on and the printers who fulfil the orders, applying rules that decide which item goes to which supplier. That matters the moment a catalogue spans two print partners or a marketplace and a storefront at once. It integrates with several hundred services rather than being tied to one. This is plumbing, and it is bought by people whose fulfilment has already become a spreadsheet.
Three tiers, each a monthly fee plus a per-order charge: Starter at $20 a month plus 25 cents an order, Pro at $60 plus 10 cents, and Plus at $125 plus 5 cents. Starter allows one added user and the two above it are unlimited, so team size is a real reason to move up as well as volume. The per-order rate falls as the fee rises, which means the crossover point is arithmetic rather than a judgement. A 30 day free trial covers every plan.
A seller whose fulfilment has outgrown one print partner, which usually happens the moment a catalogue spans apparel and something that is not apparel. It also suits anybody selling the same products through a storefront and a marketplace at once. A creator with one shop and one supplier already has this handled by the supplier's own integration and would be paying for a layer they do not need.
Do the crossover sum before picking a tier, because at a few hundred orders a month Pro is already cheaper than Starter once the per-order fee is counted. Anybody still on one supplier should wait, since this is infrastructure that only earns its fee when routing gets complicated.
