Printify is a broker rather than a printer: the same shirt is offered by several suppliers at different prices and print quality, and picking between them is the work. That is the argument over Printful, which prints everything itself and charges accordingly. Ordering samples before a launch is not optional here.
Free covers five stores and unlimited designs, with no upfront cost. Premium is $39 a month, or $24.99 billed yearly at 36 percent off, and adds up to 33 percent off products, ten stores and AI mockups. Enterprise is quoted. Printify's own advice on the page is to upgrade "only when the discounts outearn the fee".
A creator testing merch who wants the lowest base cost and is willing to order samples to find a good printer. Somebody who wants one supplier, consistent quality and no decisions is describing Printful.
The provider choice is the whole product and also the risk: two suppliers printing the same shirt do not print it the same. Order samples from the one you pick before a launch, not after the first complaint.
