It came out of the Tropical MBA community, so the companies posting skew towards small remote-first businesses rather than enterprises with a recruiting team. A single price of $399 for one job post, stated plainly on the page rather than reached through a calculator. First-time posters get 25 percent off, which brings the first one to just under $300. There is no subscription, no per-application charge and no commission on the hire, so the whole cost is known before you write the listing. The hiring guide, templates and candidate access come with the post rather than as an upsell.
