Databox pulls figures out of the tools a creator business already runs and puts them on one screen, which is a different job from measuring a website. Analytics, a payment processor, an email platform and a social scheduler can all land on the same board. Data sources are the billing unit and they are what runs the bill up. The free tier is small enough to be a demonstration rather than a workflow.
The free tier covers one user and 50 monthly credits for the assistant, with the business intelligence features limited. Paid access is $64 a month billed annually and includes five data sources, one user, 500 credits a month, every integration and the full BI features. A 14 day trial is offered. Data sources are the unit that matters, so the question before subscribing is how many tools you actually need on the board, since that is what pushes you up the tiers rather than headcount or volume. This page was read with annual billing selected, so a monthly-billed figure may exist and is not quoted here.
A creator business that has stopped being able to answer how last month went without opening six tabs. It earns its price when the numbers that matter live in different tools and somebody keeps rebuilding the same spreadsheet. Anybody whose whole picture is inside one platform's own dashboard is buying a connector they do not need.
List the tools you want connected before looking at the price, because five sources sounds generous until analytics, Stripe, a mailing platform and two social accounts have used them all. The free tier is a fair way to find out whether you will actually open the dashboard, which is the real question with any reporting product.
