Copy.ai moved away from short-form generation toward chained workflows, so the unit of work is a repeatable process rather than a one-off caption. Its chat tier reaches OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini models from one subscription with unlimited words. Anybody who only wanted captions will find the tool has grown past them.
The self-serve tier is a single plan: Chat at $29 a month billed monthly, with 5 seats, unlimited words, unlimited chat projects and access to the major model providers. Annual billing saves 20 percent. Everything above that is an enterprise conversation aimed at go-to-market teams. There is no free plan on the pricing page, which is a change from when Copy.ai was a caption generator.
A small team that wants one AI bill covering several models and a few shared processes. A solo creator who only needs captions and hooks will find this has grown past them and priced accordingly.
