Colossyan makes videos with synthetic presenters and aims squarely at the people who make training material: conversations between two avatars, quizzes inside the video, and SCORM files an LMS will accept. That last one is why a learning team picks it over a general avatar tool. For a creator outside corporate training it is the same product with features nobody will use.
A free plan starts with no card. Starter is $27 a month and Pro $59 on a yearly toggle marked 34 percent off, with SCORM exports running from five a month to unlimited and MP4 downloads unlimited on paid tiers. Studio-filmed custom avatars are an add-on at $1,000 a year, and extra minute packs on the Professional yearly plan are $1,500 for 600 minutes. Access requires an active subscription, so there is no perpetual option.
Learning and development teams producing training material, and course creators whose platform accepts SCORM. A creator making videos for social will pay for compliance features that do nothing for them.
SCORM is the whole reason to choose this over HeyGen or Synthesia. If your videos end up on YouTube rather than in an LMS, those two are better at the part you care about and this one charges you for the part you do not.
