Comments, ad comments, mentions and messages land in one queue that can be assigned, answered and closed, which is the difference between a team of two and a person with eleven tabs open. Reporting is the other half, and it is built to be sent to somebody who did not do the work. Pricing is per user, so the size of the team is what decides the bill.

There is a free plan and a 30-day trial of the paid ones, with no card asked for. Standard is $79 per user a month, Professional $119 and Advanced $149 at the rates the page renders with its annual saving selected. Pricing is per user, so a second person doubles the bill before any feature difference is considered. Social listening and the link-in-bio tool sit inside the plans rather than costing extra.
