Acuity handles the part of booking that Calendly leaves out: intake forms, packages, deposits and paid appointments, with the money taken before anybody shows up. Squarespace owns it now and the two share an account. There is no free plan, so it is bought by people whose calendar already earns.
Three plans at $16, $27 and $49 a month, separated by how many calendars and staff members are bookable, with 20 percent off annual billing. Each starts with a 7-day trial that needs no card. There is no free plan at all, which is the clearest difference from the rest of this category. Custom API and CSS access sits on the upper tiers, and Squarespace ownership means one account covers both products.
Coaches, consultants and anybody selling their time who needs paperwork and payment attached to the booking. Somebody who only needs a link that finds a free half hour should use Cal.com or TidyCal and pay nothing.
No free plan at all is the clearest difference from everything else here. Setmore and Cal.com take bookings for nothing, so the $16 is worth paying only when the intake form and the payment at booking are the point.
