Making the work
Growing an audience
Running the business
Gallabox and Wati both sell a team WhatsApp inbox to the same audience, small businesses selling through WhatsApp outside North America, and both charge Meta's per-message fees on top of the subscription. At the same three-user cap, Gallabox Basic is $112 a month billed annually against Wati Growth's $59, though Gallabox Basic also bundles Instagram and a web widget where Wati Growth covers one channel. The choice comes down to how many channels you need against how much you want to pay for the extra ones.

WhatsApp, Instagram and web chat in one inbox
Gallabox is a shared inbox for WhatsApp Business, Instagram and a website widget, with a drag-and-drop bot builder in front of it and a CRM sync behind it. It is aimed at teams answering sales questions rather than at a single creator answering DMs, and the seat caps on the cheap plan say so.
Our note
Worth it if WhatsApp is where your customers already are and there is more than one of you answering. The three-account cap on Basic is a hard cap rather than a soft one, so count your team before choosing that tier.
WhatsApp broadcasts and a shared team inbox
Wati sits on the official WhatsApp Business API and gives a team one inbox for it, plus broadcast campaigns and keyword automations. For a creator whose audience lives in WhatsApp groups, that is the difference between a personal phone and something two people can answer. Message charges from Meta land on top of the subscription, which is the part that surprises people.
Our note
Meta's per-message charges sit on top of the subscription and move with message category, so the $59 is a starting point rather than a bill. Whether it is worth paying is a question about where the audience already is, not about features.
Pick Gallabox if you need Instagram and a website widget answered from the same inbox as WhatsApp, not just WhatsApp alone. Basic is $112 a month billed annually for three users and 500 AI credits, nearly double Wati's equivalent seat count, and that gap buys the extra two channels plus a two-way CRM sync.
Pick Wati if WhatsApp is the only channel that matters and you want the lower price for the same three-user cap. Growth is $59 a month billed annually, almost half of Gallabox Basic, though it covers WhatsApp only on that tier; Instagram and Messenger arrive on top. Either way, budget separately for Meta's per-message charges, which neither subscription includes.

Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
