Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
Divi, on a licence for unlimited sites
Elegant Themes sells Divi, a WordPress page builder whose licence covers unlimited sites rather than counting them, which is why it has stayed in agencies for a decade. The visual editor works on the front end, so layout changes are made on the page rather than in a preview. A large marketplace of child themes and layouts sits beside it. Divi generates its own markup, and moving a site off it later means rebuilding, which is the cost nobody prices in at the start.
Our note
Buy the $89 tier unless the marketplace credit in the bundle covers something you were already going to purchase, because the bundle's saving is measured against products you may not want. Factor the rebuild cost before adopting Divi for a client site they might later take elsewhere.

Brand templates with the logo locked down
Marq exists for the problem where somebody outside the design team has to make a flyer and must not be able to move the logo. Templates lock whichever parts carry the brand and leave the rest editable, so a franchise or a chapter can localise a poster without redrawing it. The product came out of Lucidpress and kept that job when it changed name.
Ratings are the average of reviews readers left. The facts are stated by each tool’s own listing and are not verified by CloutStack. How we make money.

Our note
This is bought for the lock rather than for the drawing, and if nobody is going to misuse your logo you do not need it. The former name, Lucidpress, is still what half the internet's tutorials call it.
