Crisp charges $45 a month per workspace with unlimited agents included. Re:amaze charges per team member instead, $29 a month or $26.10 billed annually for Basic, which is cheaper than Crisp for one person but crosses over by the second. Re:amaze's own listing is also direct that it is not built for comment moderation on a social feed, the exact job Crisp's Instagram inbox is built to do.

Shared inbox priced per workspace, not per seat
Crisp puts live chat, email, and the social inboxes into one thread per customer, and charges for the workspace rather than for each person in it. For a small team that pricing is the reason to look: adding a second and third person changes nothing on the bill. The free tier is a real chat widget rather than a countdown, which makes it a fair place to start.
Our note
Per-workspace pricing is the whole argument, and it gets stronger with every person you add. At one seat it is unremarkable; at five it is a fraction of what the per-seat inboxes charge for the same job.

One inbox for email, chat and social
Re:amaze collects email, live chat, social messages and an FAQ into a single helpdesk priced per team member, so a one-person operation pays for one person. Macros, response templates and chatbots handle the questions that repeat. The middle tier adds SMS and voice and the ability to run several brands from one account. Nothing here is built for comment moderation on a social feed, so a creator whose volume is all Instagram replies is buying the wrong shape of tool.
Pick Crisp if Instagram comments and DMs are part of the volume, since Re:amaze's own listing says that shape of work is not what it is built for. Pro is $45 a month per workspace with unlimited agents, which beats Re:amaze's per-member price once a second person joins.
Pick Re:amaze if support arrives by email, chat and social at once for a product with a real support burden, and the team is small enough that per-member pricing stays cheap. Basic is $29 a month per person, or $26.10 billed annually, with unlimited email inboxes and chatbots included from the entry tier.

Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
Our note
Start on Basic unless you are supporting two brands, because that is the single feature the Pro tier is really selling and everything else on it is a refinement. Take the annual discount only after a month of real volume, since a helpdesk that turns out to be the wrong shape is an expensive thing to have prepaid.
