TechSmith sells it by the year and bundles Snagit with it. There is still a perpetual licence for people who would rather buy a version and keep it.

Tella records a screen and a camera and then does the thing that usually takes an editor: backgrounds, rounded corners, zooms that follow the cursor and clean cuts between takes. A product demo comes out looking like it was made on purpose rather than grabbed in one sitting. The output is a hosted video with its own link.
