What you pay is a service fee on the hire, and it drops once you have paid a freelancer enough. Posting is free and there is no monthly cost. The service fee starts at 10 percent of what you pay a freelancer and drops to 5 percent once lifetime payments to that person pass $10,000. Twine Business is $139.99 per project, billed monthly and cancellable, for teams wanting the managed route. The published ranges are useful on their own: $150 to $750 for a graphic designer, $200 to $1,000 for a videographer or a UX designer.

Creators hiring for a specific creative job, an edit, a thumbnail set, a track, who want a number in mind first. Anybody hiring the same person repeatedly benefits most, because the fee halves once the payments add up.
