TinyURL has shortened links for free since before link-in-bio pages existed, and the paid tiers add branded domains, editable destinations and click analytics on top of that. Links are metered per month with a stated overage rate rather than being cut off. Three branded domains come on the entry plan. Anybody who wants a landing page with buttons on it is looking at the wrong product, because this shortens links and stops there.
A free tier still does what the product was famous for. Pro at $9 a month, or $108 a year, gives 125 links a month, unlimited tracked clicks and three branded domains, with additional links at $1.50 per ten. Bulk 50K at $69 raises that to 50,000 links and 50,000 tracked clicks, with overage at $2.00 per thousand links and $0.60 per thousand clicks. Enterprise starts at $3,999 a year. Prices exclude tax.
Somebody who needs links that will outlive the campaign they were made for, particularly where a URL goes into print or onto packaging and cannot be changed later. Recognition helps too, since people click a domain they know. Anybody wanting a page with several buttons on it needs a link-in-bio tool, because this shortens one link at a time.
Count links rather than clicks when picking a tier, because 125 a month sounds like plenty and a scheduled social calendar eats it fast. The editable destination is the feature worth paying for on its own: a QR code on something printed is only as good as your ability to change where it points.
