Notion is a content calendar, a sponsor tracker and a script archive, depending on how you build it. Selling templates on it has become a business in itself. The blank page at the start is the hard part.
Free for one person with unlimited pages. Paid plans are $12 a month per member and are about collaboration rather than capacity, so a solo creator rarely needs one. There is no trial, since the free plan does that job. The export is the part worth knowing about before committing: Markdown, CSV, HTML and PDF for pages, databases and whole workspaces, which makes leaving possible rather than theoretical.
Creators who want their calendar, sponsor tracker and script archive in one place and are willing to build it. People who want structure handed to them should buy a template or use a purpose-built tool, because the blank page is where most Notion setups die.
The right answer only if you enjoy building the system. If you resent it a week in, that is the tool telling you something, and a purpose-built calendar will serve you better than a Notion setup you never finish.
