Crayo builds short-form videos from a script or an idea, generating the voiceover, the captions and the background footage in one pass rather than asking for source material first. Every plan includes every tool and the tiers differ only in how much gets made. Credits, export minutes, voiceover minutes and image counts are metered separately. Anybody clipping an existing long video is better served by a tool built for that, because this generates rather than cuts.
Three tiers, all with the whole toolset, separated by how much they produce. Hobby is $13 a month billed yearly at $160 for 50 workflow credits, 40 minutes of export, 30 voiceover minutes, 100 images, 25GB and one tracked account. Clipper at $27, billed yearly at $327, gives 150 credits, two hours of export, 120 voiceover minutes, 300 images, 100GB and three accounts. Pro is $55. All figures were captured with the annual cadence selected.
Somebody running faceless short-form channels who needs volume and does not have source footage to cut from, since this generates rather than clips. The per-plan meters suit a predictable posting schedule. Anybody with a long recording they want carved into shorts is buying the wrong half of this category and wants a clipping tool.
Match the tier to export minutes rather than to workflow credits, because 40 minutes is about a dozen shorts and that is the number that runs out first. Posting daily puts you on Clipper immediately, so treat Hobby as a way to find out whether the output is worth posting at all.
