Vizard cuts long video into vertical clips with captions, free at 60 credits a month and $29 for 4K export, metering credits against source length. Repurpose.io publishes finished video across networks on rules, from $35, and does not clip. The question is whether you need clips made or clips delivered.

One upload, published to every network at once
Repurpose.io watches a source, a YouTube channel, a TikTok account, a podcast feed, and republishes what appears there to everywhere else on rules you set once. It is plumbing rather than an editor: the clipping is basic and the point is that nobody has to download and re-upload anything. Plans are counted in connected accounts per network, so an agency running ten brands pays for ten.
Our note
This is plumbing rather than an editor, and it is worth being clear about which problem you have. If the clips are the problem, buy a clipper. If getting them to six places on a schedule is the problem, this is the cheapest way to stop doing it by hand.

Long video cut into clips by AI
Vizard is the tool for a podcaster or streamer with long recordings and no editor. Free gives 60 credits a month at 720p, which suits one video a month; $29 adds 4K export and longer clips, and the next tier at $39 raises credits and sells team seats at $5. Credits count minutes of source video rather than clips produced, so a two-hour recording costs more than a thirty-minute one whatever comes out.
Repurpose.io is the answer once the clips exist and posting them is the chore. It is plumbing rather than craft: rules that run unattended, a podcast feed as a source, unlimited publishing above the first tier. Ten free published videos and a 14-day trial make it easy to test before the $35.

Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
Vizard takes a webinar, podcast or stream and returns vertical clips with captions and a suggested title, picking the moments itself. The editing that follows is timeline work rather than a rebuild. Credits meter minutes of source video, and the free tier's export is capped at 720p, which shows on a phone screen.
