Macros, response templates and chatbots handle the questions that repeat. The middle tier adds SMS and voice and the ability to run several brands from one account. Nothing here is built for comment moderation on a social feed, so a creator whose volume is all Instagram replies is buying the wrong shape of tool.
Our note
Start on Basic unless you are supporting two brands, because that is the single feature the Pro tier is really selling and everything else on it is a refinement. Take the annual discount only after a month of real volume, since a helpdesk that turns out to be the wrong shape is an expensive thing to have prepaid.
