Motion Array licenses templates, plugins, footage and music for one project-focused price, $24.99 a month for everything, aimed at Premiere and After Effects editors who keep buying single templates. Storyblocks charges a flat subscription for unlimited downloads instead of counting credits: $21 a month billed annually for footage, images and templates, or $30 for All Access once music is added, marketed explicitly as human-made if that matters to a client. Motion Array's bundled price undercuts Storyblocks' All Access tier by about five dollars a month. The real difference is what a template means on each: motion graphics projects on Motion Array, editable project files on Storyblocks.

Templates and footage for video editors
Motion Array sells the things a video editor runs out of mid-project: Premiere and After Effects templates, presets, LUTs, stock footage and music, on one licence that covers commercial work. The plugins are the part regular users say they would miss. Buying it by category is cheaper than the Everything plan and worse value the moment you need two categories.

Unlimited stock downloads on one subscription
Storyblocks charges a flat subscription and lets you download as much as you want, which is the opposite of the credit model everywhere else and much easier to budget against. Footage, music, images and templates all sit under the same plan. The library is smaller than Shutterstock's and you notice it on anything specific.

Pick Motion Array if Premiere or After Effects templates and the bundled plugin suite are what you actually reach for; regular users name the plugins as the thing they would miss most. Everything is $24.99 a month for templates, footage and music on one licence, cheaper than Storyblocks' comparable All Access tier.
Pick Storyblocks if unlimited downloads on a flat subscription matters more than templates specifically, or a client has asked whether the footage is human-made rather than generated. Its cheaper tier is $21 a month billed annually for footage, images and templates alone; music only arrives on All Access at $30. Storyblocks bills annually only, so the monthly figure is a twelfth of a year's commitment rather than a plan you can leave month to month.
