Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
Recurring donations with no platform cut
Liberapay is a non-profit that collects recurring donations and keeps none of them, funding itself from donations to its own page. Money moves weekly rather than monthly, and a donor pays several weeks ahead so the processing fee is charged once. There are no tiers, no rewards and no shop, which is the point for people who wanted a way to be paid rather than a platform to run.
Our note
Nothing else in this catalog takes zero. The cost is everything a platform normally provides, discovery, tiers, a shop and a support team, so choose it because you agree with how it works rather than to save the ten percent.
Only on this side
Game server monetization at a flat five percent
Tebex sells ranks, cosmetics and subscriptions to the players on a game server, and handles the billing, renewals and plan changes that a community running its own payments ends up doing by hand. The entry tier has no monthly cost and takes a flat five percent instead, so a quiet month costs nothing. Store layouts are customisable and the checkout is theirs rather than a redirect somewhere else. Anybody outside game communities is the wrong audience, because everything here assumes a server and its players.
Ratings are the average of reviews readers left. The facts are stated by each tool’s own listing and are not verified by CloutStack. How we make money.

Our note
The flat 5 percent is the number to hold against alternatives, because it does not move with volume and most competitors in this space negotiate rather than publish. Work out what the paid tier costs in your own currency before upgrading, since the page quotes it in pounds and the exchange rate is doing part of the pricing.
