Leadpages starts at $10 a month for basic publishing, but its A/B testing does not arrive until the $99 Grow tier. Swipe Pages starts at $29 a month billed annually and includes split testing from the first plan, along with AMP publishing that loads faster on a phone connection. For raw entry price, Leadpages is cheaper. For testing on a budget, Swipe Pages includes at $29 what Leadpages holds back until $99.

Landing pages with the testing built in
Leadpages has been doing conversion pages long enough that the templates are tuned rather than pretty, and A/B testing is included instead of sold as an upgrade. Heatmaps and traffic routing arrive at the higher tiers. The plan ladder is confusing, because two products with separate names share the same pricing page.
Only on this side
Landing pages that build as AMP for speed
Swipe Pages builds landing pages that can publish as AMP, which is the difference between a page that loads on a phone before somebody leaves and one that does not. The editor is mobile-first rather than a desktop layout squeezed down. Split testing and dynamic text replacement are on the entry plan rather than held back. It does one job, so anybody wanting a whole funnel with checkout and email attached will be buying a second tool alongside it.
Our note
Choose this over Unbounce or Leadpages specifically when mobile speed is the thing you are buying, because the AMP output is the one place it clearly wins. Time your current landing page on a real phone connection first, since if it already loads fast the rest of this is undifferentiated.
Pick Leadpages if you only need a page published cheaply, without testing, since Starter at $10 a month covers pages, blogs and a custom domain. Move to Grow at $99 a month once split testing, traffic routing and heatmaps actually matter, since none of those live on the cheaper tiers.
Pick Swipe Pages if mobile load speed and split testing both matter from day one and you would rather pay $29 once than jump from $10 to $99 later. Its own listing names this the reason to choose it over Leadpages specifically: the AMP output is the one place it clearly wins, so time your current page on a real phone connection before deciding which of these two solves your problem.
