Making the work
Growing an audience
Running the business
Kitly builds a media kit from your connected social accounts and lists you in a network brands search, at $89 a year, which it states as $7.42 a month. Sponsy is the back office for a newsletter or podcast selling its own sponsorships directly: a booking calendar, invoicing and reporting, at $79 a month. They sit on opposite sides of a brand deal. Kitly helps a brand find and evaluate you. Sponsy helps you run the sale once you are already booking sponsors yourself.

A media kit that updates itself
Kitly connects your accounts and builds the media kit from live numbers, so the deck you send a brand is not three months out of date. Campaign deliverables and reporting sit alongside it, which is the half of a brand deal that happens after the money is agreed. Creators are also listed in a network brands search. Both plans are billed by the year and the monthly equivalent is what the page quotes.
Our note
Two linked accounts on Starter is the limit worth checking against how you actually work, because a creator on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube is already past it. At under $200 a year Premium is cheap against a single brand deal, and the argument for it is the live numbers rather than the network listing.

Run newsletter sponsorships without a spreadsheet
Pick Kitly if you want brands to find you, or if you send media kits often enough to resent rebuilding one from screenshots. A hundred and ninety dollars a year for Premium removes the two-account cap on Starter, and both plans carry a priority listing in Kitly's creator network. It suits anyone posting across more than one platform, since a single-network creator can usually screenshot their own analytics for free.
Pick Sponsy if you already sell sponsorship slots directly and the calendar, the assets and the invoices have outgrown a spreadsheet. Growth is $79 a month with no free tier, which comes to $948 a year against Kitly's $190 Premium plan, so weigh it against what an hour of your own admin is worth. A publisher whose sponsorship comes through a marketplace has that admin handled already.
Ratings are the average of reviews readers left. The facts are stated by each tool’s own listing and are not verified by CloutStack. How we make money.

Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
Our note
The flat fee is the thing to weigh, because $948 a year is nothing against a healthy sponsorship business and a lot against a letter selling one slot a month. Work out what an hour of your admin costs before deciding, since that is the only saving this makes.
