Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
Courses, funnels and email with a cart attached
Kartra sells the whole stack in one subscription: pages, checkout, email, membership and the course itself, with everything wired together on arrival. The trade is stated plainly on the pricing page, because the cheapest plan takes five percent of what you sell. Contact limits are the other constraint and they bind sooner than most people expect. Anybody with an email platform they like is paying twice.
Our note
Work out the transaction fee against your expected sales before choosing Essentials, because at any real volume the dearer plan is cheaper once the percentage stops applying. Systeme.io covers similar ground on a free tier and Kajabi is the closer comparison at the top end.

Coaching packages, booking and payment in one
Paperbell is a coaching business folded into a single link: the package, the contract, the payment and the calendar all in one flow the client never leaves. Coaches usually assemble that out of a scheduler, a payment processor and an e-signature tool, and then spend their week joining the three together. There is one price and no tier above it. Client volume does not change what you pay.
Ratings are the average of reviews readers left. The facts are stated by each tool’s own listing and are not verified by CloutStack. How we make money.

Our note
Flat pricing makes this cheap for a busy coach and dear for somebody with three clients, which is the opposite of CoachAccountable's shape and the clearest way to choose between them. Annual billing is worth taking once you know the tool suits you, since it is the only discount on offer.
