Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
Contracts and invoices for a solo freelancer
Indy puts proposals, contracts, invoices, time tracking and a client portal in one place, priced for one person rather than for a firm. The free plan allows three of each a month, which fits somebody taking a handful of brand deals a year. Anybody past that will hit the cap in a week and the paid tier is billed two years at a time.
Our note
Bonsai does the same job with better templates and costs more. Indy is the one to pick if the free tier covers your volume, and the two-year lock is the reason to think twice about the paid one.

Get paid by a marketplace in another country
Payoneer gives you receiving accounts in currencies you do not bank in, which is how a creator paid by a marketplace, a network or a brand abroad gets the money without losing a chunk to their own bank. There is no monthly fee. The cost is per movement, and the rate depends entirely on how the payer sends it, so the same invoice can arrive free or at nearly four percent. Reading the fee table before choosing how to be paid is the whole trick.
Ratings are the average of reviews readers left. The facts are stated by each tool’s own listing and are not verified by CloutStack. How we make money.

Our note
Ask clients to send bank transfers rather than card payments, because the same invoice costs 1 percent one way and close to 4 percent the other. Wise is the comparison worth running for straightforward client work; Payoneer's advantage is the marketplaces that pay into it natively.
