Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
Funnels, calendars and messages in one account
HighLevel bundles funnel pages, a booking calendar, a shared inbox for messages across channels and the automation between them, which is otherwise four subscriptions that have to be wired together. Contacts and users are uncapped on every plan, so growth does not change the bill. The dearer tiers exist to resell the whole thing to clients under your own brand. A solo creator will use a fraction of it, and that fraction costs $97 a month.
Our note
Use the fourteen days to replace something specific rather than to explore, since the breadth is what makes this both compelling and easy to waste money on. If after two weeks you are using the funnels and nothing else, a dedicated page builder is a quarter of the price.

Courses, funnels and email with a cart attached
Kartra sells the whole stack in one subscription: pages, checkout, email, membership and the course itself, with everything wired together on arrival. The trade is stated plainly on the pricing page, because the cheapest plan takes five percent of what you sell. Contact limits are the other constraint and they bind sooner than most people expect. Anybody with an email platform they like is paying twice.
Ratings are the average of reviews readers left. The facts are stated by each tool’s own listing and are not verified by CloutStack. How we make money.

Our note
Work out the transaction fee against your expected sales before choosing Essentials, because at any real volume the dearer plan is cheaper once the percentage stops applying. Systeme.io covers similar ground on a free tier and Kajabi is the closer comparison at the top end.
